Stainless Steel Introduce

Haynes HR120 is a nickel-based alloy with excellent high-temperature strength, good resistance to oxidation and thermal fatigue, and excellent creep resistance. It is typically used in gas turbine engine components, such as turbine blades and vanes, as well as in industrial furnace applications.

Haynes HR120 offers excellent high-temperature strength, with a minimum yield strength of 830 MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 980 MPa. It also has good ductility, with a minimum elongation of 14%. In addition, it has excellent creep resistance, with a rupture life of up to 20,000 hours at 760°C.

Haynes HR120 also has good resistance to oxidation and thermal fatigue, which makes it suitable for use in gas turbine engine components that are exposed to high-temperature and corrosive environments. It has a maximum HB hardness of 290 and excellent fatigue strength at high temperatures.

Haynes HR120 is typically available in the form of sheet, plate, bar, and wire. It can be machined using conventional methods and is weldable using standard welding techniques.

Overall, Haynes HR120 is a high-strength, high-temperature alloy with excellent resistance to oxidation and thermal fatigue, making it ideal for use in gas turbine engine components and industrial furnace applications where high-temperature and corrosive conditions are present.

Here are the international standards for Haynes HR120 alloy:
