Haynes 718 Alloy is a high-temperature, high-strength nickel-based alloy developed by Haynes International. It has excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature strength, and is widely used in high-temperature and high-pressure environments in aerospace, energy, chemical, petroleum, and natural gas industries.

The chemical composition of Haynes 718 Alloy includes approximately 52% nickel, 19% chromium, 3% titanium, 5% aluminum, about 0.9% iron, and trace amounts of carbon, sulfur, phosphorus, copper, and tantalum.
